Rolled PP filter cartridges

The liquid is shunted inside the filter cartridge, and the smaller particles are intercepted by the filter membrane. In order to ensure the filtration quality, the polypropylene PP membrane must be evenly arranged when rolling. The spacing between each layer of PP membrane must be equal and the rolling must be smooth. A filter layer containing thousands of diamond-shaped holes is formed between the layers. , they cross each other to form a network structure. Filter cartridge rolling generally adopts cylindrical cross-closed row active rolling. The size of these diamond holes is the key to determining the accuracy of the filter cartridge. The smaller the diamond holes, the higher the precision of the filter cartridge and the better the filtration effect.
