The cartridge filter mainly consists of a connecting pipe, a cylinder, a filter basket, a flange, a flange cover, and fasteners. Installing on pipelines can remove large solid impurities in the fluid, enabling machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments to work and operate normally, achieving a stable process and ensuring safe production.

Operational principle

Working principle of cartridge filters (LTGSI, SII, SIII types): When liquid enters the filter basket through the cartridge, solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and clean fluid is discharged from the filter outlet through the filter basket. When cleaning is required, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, disassemble the flange cover, clean and reinstall it. Therefore, maintenance is extremely convenient.
