• 1.SUS304 stainless steel housing The thickness of the board is more than 1.2mm, and the thickness of the board is 1.5mm for sizes above 610, which ensures that the housing material does not deform and maintains good mechanical strength to meet the requirements of long-term use. 2.Reinforcing ribs Reinforcing ribs are added to the air outlet side to prevent the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient of various materials under high temperature conditions from reducing the tightness of the filter media, which affects the filtration effect. 3.Corner Protectors Triangular corner protectors are installed on all four corners of the air inlet side. This design reinforces the connection between the frame sides, effectively preventing housing deformation caused by mishandling during transport, installation, or operation. 4.Sealing Gasket The composite high-temperature filter media seal，its temperature resistance is synchronized with the filter media, and is free from the defects, such as organic cracking, structural degradation, and particulate shedding.
